Create and maintain PayIDs to receive NPP faster payments

Online redraw of payments in advance (conditions apply)
View recent transaction history, including VISA Authorisations
Create and View scheduled payments
Pay bills with BPAY

Activate, cancel, or place a card on hold
Add a card to the Apple Wallet to allow payments through Apple Pay
Block online, international in-store of all card payments
Device Authentication – an extra layer of security for your account that ensures only devices you allow can perform advanced functions such as adding a new payee

Glitches

Everytime I try to transfer to another payer the app glitches and shuts down. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Something needs to change.

I cannot get over how abysmally useless the transfer function is. I don't remember what the BSB of my other account is but you expect me to know it? What is the point of account types (S1, L58, etc) if the transfer page doesn't even show them?

Lacks functionality, my favourite thing is the app crashing every time I try to transfer money, then being locked out because “another member is logged In.” Incredibly frustrating.

Bad banking software

This app doesn’t work when behind basic firewall that blocks traffic to tracking services like Mixpanel. That’s awful for a banking app! I’d give it 0 stars if I could. My preview review with gripes below. Heritage could do a lot to improve this app and simplify banking for customers. It is so far behind modern standards for a banking app. App isn’t getting basics right: - No two factor authentication for online banking logins - No password manager support, leading to poor password strength - No passkey support - App resets login from time to time - Account based credentials, not user based - Weird cross platform app, non-standard UI patterns - Credit card management isn’t great Look at how far ahead something like the WISE app is…

Hopeless!

This app crashes more than any app I have. I will try and look at payees to pay and it will crash. I go back in, crashes again. I go back in and it tells me another member is logged in.
