Keep the old app
Don’t like the 5 digit pin and there’s no running balance. I liked the orange background too, that was your visual representation of your brand. There wasn’t anything wrong with the old app. You know the saying “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”

Bring back the old app
This is my first App Store review, and I am only writing it because this new app being pushed out is that bad. I’ll start with positives. Notifications for transactions are a very welcome addition. Also, credit where credit is due, the team have fixed the order of the scheduled payments section, but this really should’ve been thought about from the start. Okay the negatives. I downloaded this new app early, as soon as I was notified I could. I logged in, spent about 5 minutes with it and then closed the app and have since only opened it to see if any new features had been added. The lack of a rolling balance is really disappointing and a feature I use regularly. There is no quick balance before log in. Until recently, you could not pay between all of your accounts. UI of the app is confusing and feels like a genuine downgrade from the old app. Communication with customer service has been poor too, with my feedback and concerns regarding the new app being answered with robotic and seemingly automated replies. I exclusively use the old app at the moment and constantly get reminders to transition to the new app. I’ve shared my feedback with ING on multiple occasions for them to improve the new app, but change has been incredibly slow or nonexistent. Overall, the new app feels like a big step backwards and it needs a lot of work. I’ve considered leaving ING at multiple times in the past few months, ever since they pushed out this new app due to the lack of features and the apparent disregard for loyal customer’s feedback.

To have to transfer is not a good customer experience. No one else does this.

New app needs fixing
Unable to see my previously set up scheduled payments in any of my accounts. I’ve needed to check dates or change the amount and I have to log in to the old app or the website to do this. Quite annoying. I have even tried setting up new scheduled payments on the app and unable to see these either. Otherwise the new app seems fine enough.
