Seems good so far. I can't see where to find my RIM on the new app. The old Peoples Choice app had this listed in app details and was very useful when speaking to support on the phone to verify identity.

Really clear and clean interface. Only downside is that you can't see at a glance what a transaction is for.

This app has nowhere near the features of other bank apps. Where's personal finance management/tracking? Quick balance? I have persisted with PCCU thinking People's First app would be an upgrade but it's not. Do you have any sort of timeline for new features? I also do not enjoy the spacing and set out of the transaction list. I think more should fit on the screen and the bold font is too much to visually take in.

Limited Initial Release

Looks good but the features are basic at this stage and simple things like a running balance not being visible when you click into your transaction listing for an account. Assume it’ll get better as it’s developed but very limited initially.

Great, but some small things

I quite like the change from the PCCU app. But some things could change I bank with a few institutions and there some things that their apps do that are better 1. I wish I could re order my accounts. 2. I wish that I could choose to switch between dark and light mode in the app. Prefer to have my phone on dark mode but I like the app better in light mode. 3. Why can’t I name my loan accounts. I can give all my accounts a nickname but not the loans? 4. Card details, I’ve securely logged in why can’t I see my card number etc in the app like other banks do. Frustrating when I’m in bed or on the couch and I need those details so I have to get up to find the physical card. 5. Generate statements or balances in PFD format. 6. Why can’t I open offset accounts in the app or switch the loans they’re linked to? Would be a cool feature. It’s early days I understand but I imagine you have a lot of things planned so please have my list of ideas for free :)

I am a new customer and have downloaded the app, when I login all I get is a blank screen but get a message saying my device is registered. but cannot use the app at all. maybe a bug fix for android is due...

Poor

Nothing is more frustrating than when a new app removes functionality that was available in the old app. You can no longer reorder your accounts. The accounts no longer show running totals at for each day. I can no longer see interest accrued this financial year on the interest bearing accounts. This is a poor upgrade that does not seem to have undergone any user testing to see what functionality customers liked. If you are considering upgrading keep the old app as long as you can, I wish I had.

I hate the app

I can’t reorder the accounts like I can on the People’s Choice app. The colour is awful and I find it really hard to read the white writing on the dark background. The account balances take ages to update when I’m transferring money around. It feels clunky to me - sorry.

Early days but…..

Hopefully a iPad friendly version is released so I can view in landscape mode rather than the default portrait mode.
