perpetually send me to SQ login website (even though I selected "Remember Me" and then send me a OTP code. Key in correctly but got a "Sorry there seems to be a system error. Please try again later" I tried later then say that they can't send me OTP and I cannot use the apps. This has persisted for months

can't even get pass the home screen. the let's go button doesn't work. 1/5/2026. I'm using the latest version of Android 16 dated 5 April 2026. I still can't get pass the home screen.

I don't find this app the easiest to use. It doesn't always link to the Kris+ app to get access to all the discounts/benefits and some of the offers can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Extremely pathetic customer care experience. Booked pelago pass for 5 activities but after completing 4, pass did not worked and showed that all 5 are used. customer care also stopped replying

I am using a Samsung phone, and all the buttons on the interface are unresponsive, which means I can't proceed to the next page. I have cleared the cache,historical data and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue still persists.

Login required for every use
App unfriendly as you are required to login everytime you tap to open it, for some reason each login only works for that particular session. Best part is if you’re logging in using Krisflyer, it will required not only password but OTP which never works, ending up not being able to use this app.

Face ID login pls?
Basic feature. Having to login to KF with SMS/Email OTP when traveling is a hassle. Please implement Face ID.

Poor service, unprofessional travel agent. Misleading products.
The product title and description is sometimes misleading. The most important things are given only in T&C. Eg, when book some theme park that need reservation, it won’t help you to make the reservation, even they ask you which date you will go. Instead, they give you a prepaid ticket valid for one year to let you book reservation your own. It’s very confusing, and quite misleading because it asked you the date. When reach out to the customer service, they are not going to help you. They use hundreds of words to let you know which part in T&C you were missing, to prove you are quite stupid. Alright, you are SIA group app, you won’t be wrong. It is the user like me that being so stupid not to read all T&C. My bad for sure. So please do not advertise me and stupid users like me to download it. Leave it to the smart users lah :) The reviews and the purchase history of products are widely loading from other apps, like TripAdvisor. Even the product descriptions and pictures. But the purchasing workflow is missing. And I reasonable doubt if they understand what they are selling and have really sold any. So it makes the Pelago app a child-made information portal without any production knowledge. You can see the ambition from SIA to do everything around your travel; however, its staff won’t help.
