If can i want to give 0 Star. Useless and stupp app, there's no express top up unlike the old ezlink app which is better more straight forward and the app it didn't even show the card balance after topup. Please follow like the msia TnG card and app which is better and user-friendly.

App is poorly written
Poorly written app. Top up of card is not reflected immediately. Poor naming convention as well as it’s not intuitive. Developer needs a sea change as it doesn’t add much value to the user experience.

Frustrating, Cumbersome and Convoluted Processes
My credit card (Mastercard)used for auto top-up was compromised, and I’m unable to do anything about it. 1. My EZ Link card was blocked because the auto top-up payment did not go through. Despite making a manual payment, the card shows as pending deactivation in the app. 2. When I try to remove my compromised and now deactivated credit card from the app, the app says it is linked with auto top-up, and I need to unlink it before I can remove the card. Guess what? I can't do so because my EzLink card is inoperable in the app pending deactivation. 3. When I try to add the replacement credit card I received from the Bank, because it's also a Mastercard, the app does not allow me to add it as my previous Mastercard remains linked with my account. If I had to guess, SimplyGo is actively working to shut down the use of EzLink and get everyone to use their debit/credit cards for payment by making it impossible for customers to manage their cards in their app.

Useless app can only see history of usage public transport on EZ link card & only 1-2 days later
Total downgrade from EZ-Link app: Latest balance of EZ-Link card is wrong because retail spend transactions are not captured. It is purely a top up app, other functions are totally outdated.

Stupid app. Bring back the ezlink app!
CANT LOGIN. Forgot password -> info incorrect. Use as guest mode -> want to top up need to login. CANNOT FREAKING LOGIN. TIME AFTER TIME SAME THING INFO INCORRECT. HELLO??? IDK MY EMAIL & HP NUMBER MEH? STUPID
