absolutely TRASH app. Anywheel is much better than this useless app that doesn't allow us to park cycles properly. Dirty cycles, broken pedals and unfair rules. Will NOT be using this again

terrible customer service and facilities

cycled to nsrcc, no yellow parking box nor qr code in sight. got charged an extra 5 dollars for not being able to scan the nonexistent qr code. made an appeal with all the necessary information, pictures and was rejected. wouldnt recommend to anyone

Bicycles are okay. Some are good some really old.

By far the worst part of the app is that I have encountered so many parking spots that the QR codes are just not working. And then to make a complaint is a whole new hustle. Very frustrating.

I was scammed by the app. When I checked out at 29minutes 45 secs, I was charged at $1.50. When the check out was fully completed, it was reflected the total utilised time was 30 minutes 9 secs??? Because of this, I was charged additional $0.50. What a bad experience! I will never ever use the app again.

The rides are expensive😵. my 2 hour ride costed 4 dollars.. . uh kinda ok but the bike basket rattles like A LOT my bottle and EVERYTHING was shaking and my biscuit packet even flew out ... It was pretty hard to find the parking spots at night too.

Good ride but doesn’t do refund if there is any issue

It’s a good app for bike. But one day if your area doesn’t have bike either it’s cleared for servicing or any. And u had already make a one month payment before hand. They don’t do refund or even give you return-unlimited rides.
