changed my HP. installed the app on my new HP and the app was supposed to send me a code to complete my installation. tried a few days and it did not send. Will not be using the app and drink from Luckin again.

Decent to good drinks, but overall great user experience

App is quite fast, UI is good and easy to navigate, drinks info are stated quite clearly, future reordering of the same drinks is made easy due to the interface, location detection also works well. Although it is supposed to be a digital first drinks ordering system, the staffs in the stores still generally carry a pretty pleasant and friendly attitude and stores ambient are quite nice for relaxing and some for doing some work. All in all, a great value for money paid, have rarely gone to other coffee chains after discovering Luckin 💙

Cannot pay using the app

From 12 april onward, i have difficulties paying using grabpay and credit card in the app. Please fix this! I have tried updating the app but still have this issue.

Typical china scam

Can’t even get promo at all. Yet they scam you to register and login, but refuse to give you cause must follow steps correctly?? What steps?? Your advertisement tell me scan QR can get 0.99 right???

Failed to get security code

Ordering either via the kiosk or the app is a bad experience -- a security code is needed for a member to log in, but most of the time, the security code doesn't get to the customer. It is incredibly frustrating and I think I'd rather go to a nearby cafe for my coffee, than sit through the frustration and disappointment again and again.

Very poor app

App takes 50 mins to download on both hi speed wifi and 4G. Tried multiple time and after waiting for so long it still wouldn’t complete download
