Filters don’t filter what you want

When you place a filter for 2+ baths, it still shows you 1.5 ba. This defeats the purpose of a filter. If you’re just browsing, I suppose it doesn’t matter. But if you’re seriously looking for a home or rental, I recommend using an app that doesn’t waste your time like this.

I hate this app you guys charge 35 dollars but don’t even have customer support

I still haven’t been able to get in contact with any type of customer support even their phone number is an ai that doesn’t help and won’t connect you to any live agents and the reason I need help in the first place is because I spent 35 dollars for a screening but for some reason you guys can’t verify my identity I’ve put in my ssn, my full name with and without suffix because I’m a jr, 3 different addresses I’ve lived at and absolutely nothing has worked and it only gives me 2-3 tries before I get locked out for 30 minutes your guy’s app genuinely sucks and I’m astonished by how high your rating is because this app is trash

It’s great, plus I have ideas!

Love Zillow. One idea is to add in a filter for two stories above ground. You already have single story only, so make it the same but two story only. Second idea is to allow comments. This industry is so loosely regulated, you might as well give people the power to help each other out to avoid a house if the sellers are toxic or if there are animals in homes during showings where buyers were not warned. That can be serious for some people. Thank you!
