Metro by Tmobile major issue

I previously had a working T-Life account associated with this phone number. I accidentally logged out. Now the app says my number is a Metro number and won’t let me access the account I previously used!! No T-life promotion access anymore needs go be fixed since it’s owned by Tmobile

Sick of the change

I was a US cellular customer for 12 years since I was 17. I didn’t sigh up for t mobile. My cell reception is noticeably worse and I refuse to pay $100 for dropped calls. Worst phone provided out there for the money. I’m done and sick of hearing about the change over

Can’t turn off their marketing notifications

T-Mobile is using the app to send marketing notifications, like for the Apple TV F-1 movie or their home internet service. There is no way to turn these off in their settings, and if you disable notifications for the whole app on device, you miss important account, support chat, and spam shield notifications. Don’t abuse your users

Incapable of implementing a functional hotspot!

I’ve been being bringing this up for months but tmob is unable to field a functional hotspot that doesn’t require a full power cycle to get operating! Indifference or incompetence? Who knows!
