I can't login to check my past orders, nice job making an app worse. additionally, I recently had an order completely fail, was blocked completely by your useless AI support cancelling mine and all family members' memberships ASAP

Terrible Customer Service
I used Uber Eats to get grocery order. The original order I placed came with $27 promotional credit, but the finally order receipt dropped the promotion credit to $11 without any notification of the total price change. When talking with Customer Service, they said I have to provide original order receipt to prove my claim. But I could not find any trace of my original order information anywhere in the app. Why would a customer have to keep a screenshot of the original order? Should this be tracked by Uber Eats’ system? I changed 3 different customer service representatives, none of them can help. They would just end the conversation without addressing all my questions.

I ordered from Uber Eats and paid for a SONIC Blast that was never delivered. I reported the missing item immediately, provided photos and additional information requested by support, and waited over 8 hours for a response. Despite this, Uber Eats denied my claim and refused to issue a refund or credit. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially after spending so much time trying to resolve a simple missing-item issue. Based on this experience, I will not be using Uber Eats again.

Extra fees.
On the order page when i was ordering my meal the total was 30$, which lead me to think i was only going to be paying 30$ for my order. But when i got the charge on my card it was 41$, where the extra 11$ came from? Who knows. And when i attempted to cancel the order literally 2 seconds after i placed it because i was charged literally 11$ more than i was supposed to be charged, it said it would make me pay 26$ to cancel the order. With no way of getting my 41$ back. Mind you, i literally had uber one. So my order should’ve been down already but i was charged an extra 11$, this isnt even the first time this has happened either. Ive had 2 instances where this happened, where my order was barely 20$ and i was charged 26$ then two minutes later i was charged another 6$ as a “tip fee” which i never added in!! So in total uber eats scammed me out of 23$!! Unacceptable.
