Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

Outrageous prices for food that sits out.

The food is never hot. They charge $4 for small containers of beans with cheese on them and potatoes with cheese. Over $2 for a tortilla with cheese on it. I was actually laughing bc they use low quality food that sits out and charge outrageous amounts for it 😂😂😂 I don’t even care for the convenience factor anymore when it comes to Taco Bell, I’ll make ts at home at this point, and spend my money elsewhere.

Updated edit: the phone number you call is automated as expected, from there there is no response ***EDIT: STILL NOT WORTH IT, NO RESPONSE OTHER THAN A GENERATED RESPONSE. NOT WORTH IT. Not worth even downloading, honestly would rather pay the 3rd party fee for a longer wait time with no rewards. DO NOT RECOMMEND Not even worth it. A laughable rewards system. They reached out and not resolved, had multiple issues, the app has been even worse to use. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cannot put an order through!

No matter which way I use, credit card or Apple Pay I cannot get my order to go through. I haven’t been able to use this app for months.

No customer support

Completely unacceptable that you cannot contact live support if there is a problem with your food delivery. My food has been stuck with the delivery driver for an hour and there’s nothing I can do.

Pretty good

I was standing in my kitchen pondering what to eat when I got a notification from Taco Bell that they had grilled cheeses. I then remembered that I have the ingredients to make it at home so I’m about to do that. On the flip side my friend ate too much Taco Bell and he became deficient in potassium so they probably need some bananas as well

Ordered delivery via this app4/13/26, all burritos were missing, called the store & was told dasher stole them & the missing items could be remade but I'd have to go pick them up. I don't drive & had no way to get to the restaurant hence the reason I paid a $5.99 delivery fee to begin with. I received 2 mini taco salads ($2.79 each) for a $21 order. No refund was offered & reporting the issue in the app has been useless, been 2 days ago with no response from their support even though requested

nothing but absolute greed. took away both versions of the luxe box so there's no meals for under $10. your CEO earned over 10 million in total compensation last year, this is the type of greed they talk about in the bible

It constantly tells me that the app is frozen and needs to close, but even when I click to close the app it keeps running. Sometimes my offers and stuff will just disappear. Not expire, just no longer be there.

It would be nice if they could put flesh tomatoes in my taco Hispanic some of us or most of us never eat a taco without flesh tomatoes, it against the tradition.
