FedEx is terrible
FedEx has been terrible for awhile now. Constantly deliver days later than the days they say. This app doesn’t help you find where your package is.

I Never would’ve Thought A shipping company Would Be So horrible till the Brand I was ordering through used them To ship Their product to me. I’m consistently getting notifications That they are scanning My Item In and Out of the same Facility And Now I’m getting told my package was arriving today for the 3rd time And now they are “rescheduling a new date” if this happens again I’m going to make a complain because my package was supposed to be here 3 days Earlier. Horrible services. Just go through Amazon

I'm so sick and tired of this app every time i'm trying to log in it's requesting me to do a two step verification process but in order to do that I have to leave the app and look at my messages to get the code to then put into the fedex app but every time that I click out of the fedex app and click back into it it sends a new code this is a samsung galaxy s twenty six ultra. this bug needs to get fixed

Incomplete and invalid information
I would have to say the app in previous deliveries has been pretty accurate. In case of this last delivery, I have had controversial information regarding the app the via text messaging and the emails. None of our giving me the proper information. I’m receiving messages via text that my package is out for delivery and I should receive it by a specific time. Then I go to login to see of more estimation on the app and the app says not out for delivery. It’s scheduled for delivery the next day. Then that day came no information for delivery times. Kept checking nothing. Today I logged back in and my package has been sent somewhere else called customer service and they are not able to give me information what’s going on with my package now that you’re trying to tell me it’s coming a different way of delivery. Their email system text messaging system and app is not matching up your system systems need to be more up-to-date and same information on all formats that is offered and that’s not. I truly believe the app needs to be in compliance with the other two systems.
