Useless App
It would not accept my password. I then created a new password, which it still would not accept. I then opened a new account and it said I already had an account. By this time, I was ready to throw my phone out of the window!

Boarding Pass
Issues downloading boarding pass as pdf or adding to my smart phone wallet. Developers need to address this issue as it seems to be a common problem

What a great app! Imagine how cool 😎 it would be if a receipt of your dropped off luggage appeared in the app with the boarding pass 😃😍 Means never forget to press a button to get a receipt at the self drop off point and Easyjet would save on paper 😊😁 Thank you EasyJet! p.s. please credit me if it was implemented ☺️

I was forced to download the app to get the boarding passes on my Google wallet. completely pointless and immediately deleted the app after. not pleased

While the app has been useful for many years already, it has stagnated and hasn't addressed issues: fails to save ID information, yes I am still over 18, let me copy and paste passeport info! Here and there, it feels like the app team is not busy making it a better app.

Poor customer service
EasyJet cancelled my flight, rescheduled my flight to another airport three hours away. Failed to provide transport, the ground operations manager informed me to arrange a hire car and claim it back as an expense. My second flight was cancelled, EasyJet subsequently cancelled my EasyJet holiday. They failed to get me back to my car which was at my original departure airport. The ground operations team echoed the advice of the previous airport team. Fast forward 8 weeks, I am out of pocket for two hire cars and fuel. The Customer Service team deemed it a “private arrangement”. Disappointing.

absolutely useless these days. crashes constantly within minutes of trying to lookup/book flights. Easier to just go on skyscanners
