It’s 3am & I’m bartering prices

Just do a set price for a ride, why am I in the rain at 3am constantly putting up the price by 20p or being sent offers by drivers like some auction. Also get charges after your initial charge in your bank account

Horrible driver

My driver yesterday had a go at me for ages because I couldn’t close the car door hard enough (it was one of the slidey ones), I tried to explain I have muscle weakness because of neurological illnesses and it only annoyed him even more and he kept shouting at me instead of helping me by coming out the car and shutting it himself. No matter how much I tried to explain I’m chronically ill and asked him to shut it for me he just kept being rude with a raised voice. After all that, he didn’t even drop me off at my destination claiming he couldn’t go down that road when he absolutely could, it wasn’t closed and I’ve been dropped off there before by Uber. And then the same thing happened with the door when I got out! Shouted at me again! I raised it with Bolt and they refused to give me a full refund, only a pathetic £2 added to my account. Absolute joke. I was shouted at for having neurological problems, and this is all they offer me. Disgusting. Will not be using them again

be late every single time with this terrible app

if you like labour exploitation and not being on time, boy do I have the app for you. the discount is stupid and just a way to entice people back to having a terrible time, you can’t see how many drivers are in your area, and drivers can cancel on you and the app won’t notify you. absolutely dreadful. just call for the local cab service in your area, don’t waste your time here.
