Booked a flight through the app and received a confirmation from RyanAir's official email. The next day, we received an email from RyanAir telling us the purchase was made through a third party agency and we need to send them my our IDs to access the flight we've already paid for. Customer support doesn't do anything and tells us to just do it.

It is very confusing while you have paid for full 20kg bag the app is not dynamic it is confusing as it fells they trying to charge you again for what you have paid. As they are not display while trying to checking in. Is not customer friendly.
