at least the app is less buggy than before, but why remove so many features? I can't see how delayed buses are, you can't see the buses on the map unless you favourite them and many more removed.

In the current year of our lord Jesus Christ, how do you not have a database of accounts that automatically migrates from the old version of the app to this one? You should probably fire your software engineering department yesterday. Is the lead engineer of this app the CEO's son that somehow got the job solely through nepotism?

forced to download the new app when my old one stopped working without warning, complete faff and very inconvenient,new app is awful, not very user friendly and doesn't show you times of buses or if they are late etc an epic fail!

Why, oh why did you have to go and ruin a perfectly good app. There's a saying, "if it's not broken, don't try to fix it." This updated version of the app is atrocious. it used to be so simple to switch on the live tracking, but now you've got to do several things to turn it on. Worst update ever to a reasonably functioning app.

Its so complicated and much worse why have you changed it to have less times shown, only be able to search to go to areas not bus stops and its quite ugly

Doesn’t work in some areas
The one bus I use just doesn’t appear in the map and when I try and plan a journey it doesn’t load past putting in the locations. Other than that it’s fine.

Not great
This new app makes it so much harder to just look at one bus. I want to see the different times the bus i can get is leaving, not every single bus leaving from the stop. It’s so much more inconvenient. Tracking is worse too.
