PLEASE remove the TAKE ACTION comment on the parcel status when YOU have failed to deliver on time. There is NO action a customer should or could take - I know I’ve tried contacting customer service! All we can ever do is wait and hope you’ll eventually deliver - so stop adding unnecessary stress by telling us to TAKE ACTION !!

Glad I’m not the only one hating this delivery service.. they’re useless, THREE times my packages have been stolen by delivery drivers after they take proof of delivery??? You’re also stuck on “at delivery depot” for like 5 days, it’s useless there is no 3-4 business days
