One of the 24/7 Chats Assistants got bad at me asking for help. Tried to explained that it wouldn't let be set my delivery preference on the new feature. He just kept asking for my tracking number, even though I said I don't have a tracking number. He then rage quit our chat mid convo and sent over the AI bot again 🤣 Very weird. Just wanted help.

Tracking app that doesn't track. My parcels always say "one the road" and "on its way" without any actual timescales or tracking. Parcels seem to move from the depot to my door without any update on the app, no ETA and the first I know about the delivery date is when the parcel arrives at my door. This is clearly run by contractors rather than employees. There's a distinct lack of professionalism throughout the process and everything is done as cheaply as possible.
