Why would you reset all the CJ each time the internet connection is lost for a second? I've wasted an hour and still wasn't able to buy a ticket because it resets the session and all the steps!

Easily the worst app of its kind. Unnecessarily cumbersome, the user experience bad, the app almost does its best to present me with the most contorted flow that gives me what I need in as many steps and niggles as possible. Signs me out when I am on the move, needs Internet for importing passes to wallet (which defeats the purpose of having the pass while offline, d'oh). Cabin luggage can't be purchased in the additional luggage section but is a further step on the seat choice?! etc etc etc

could not complete check in as the I understand button occupied the same screen space as the back button on my screen, had to use Ia computer

Can't use the app, all I keep getting is "There had been a problem, check your Internet connection and try again. Refresh page" just to go through it all again.

App does work on IPhone 17
The app just doesn’t work properly at all, (I have an iPhone 17). When you click somewhen it reacts somewhere else on the screen making it impossible!! It used to be so good have booked many holidays through it before. So disappointing. Will be booking through someone other than easyjet this time round.
