Booking .com

Good but could do better. I use booking .com a lot and most of the time they are great. However when things go wrong there customer service is poor . I recently booked flights through them, but soon after I wanted to increase my baggage for my flight. The airline website would not allow me to make the purchase saying I did not make the booking, the booking agent has to make this request / purchase. I have tried booking.com multiple times but they are just not interested, quite flippant really, it left me as a customer of booking.com for over twenty years very disappointed. There is no point in registering any issues you have because customer service or support is non existent.
