No app
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Airbnb app or to no avail - then i discovered the app had been updated to iso 18 + and my version on my iPad Pro 16.8.2 so i cannot login to the app. I am rather annoyed as i had future holidays plans for places my family wanted to visit this year 26 and in 2027, not to mention all my contact details! What do i do now?

临出发前3天取消我房子
我朋友很早就在平台上定了房子,结果临出发前3天莫名其妙不给明确理由擅自取消了我们的订单,并且一开始只补偿100多rmb,临时看房源都要1w多 和我们之前的差了将近6k,而且已经选不到好房子了。

As a regular customer, this app has fallen from what they started with as a great idea. Apparently they do not care about the costumers no more, and the priority is for money only.

Stuck in a "Payout Method" loop with zero help
I’m at my wits' end with Airbnb’s UK platform. To be clear: they are paying out, but they have effectively "held hostage" my ability to choose how I receive my own money. For months, I have been trying to update my payout method to a different debit card. Every single attempt on the app and the website ends in an error message telling me to "contact customer service." The experience with support has been insulting. When you actually reach out, they talk to you like a child. I’ve been told—repeatedly—to "double-check that I’m entering the right numbers." I have spent months meticulously verifying every digit, expiry date, and billing address. I am perfectly capable of reading a debit card; what I’m not capable of is fixing Airbnb’s broken back-end. It is incredibly demoralizing to be a partner for this platform and be gaslit by scripted support agents who refuse to acknowledge a technical glitch. They are happy to keep the old details on file, but the moment you want to manage your own finances, the system hits a brick wall and the humans are useless. Airbnb UK is a massive company that feels like it’s being run by a broken algorithm. I can’t wait for a competitor to come along that actually offers functional tech and treats hosts like adults.
