scammy inappropriate ads from the same company making several accounts but "no action taken" after reporting them. many more examples of scam websites advertising fake ai products claiming to be small businesses. disgusting. and ads from SHEIN or temu are the only ones you can't choose to hide!

Worse and worse with every update…

Boyyy has this platform gone down hill. I’ve been using Pinterest since its beginning days but the more I use it nowadays, the more frustrated I get. Every other “pin” is an ad, the app and site are constantly glitching forcing a refresh, I have to click another button to access pin source instead of just clicking the photo (which now launches a useless image search feature), and I could go on and on… I hope the creators are taking the multitude of complaints into account. Unfortunately, there’s nothing quite comparable to Pinterest out there yet, otherwise I fear I would switch over.

Went from seldomly working to never working at all

I can’t believe I used to depend on this app. You don’t have much control to begin with and then it does whatever it wants. The Pin It buttons stopped hovering over pictures awhile ago so I was using the Pinterest button in the browser instead. That worked for a day. Ever since, the whole window disappears as soon as I select what picture I want pinned. I’ll be looking for an alternative.
