After placing orders there’s delays or issues confirming orders with stores and then get orders cancelled once you’re almost at store. There needs to be better quality oversight on order submission and confirmation on restaurants that are actually able to receive orders or are still open when open times are listed

Garbage App go elsewhere

App is so slow and so bad i went to Jersey mikes instead. Ill never go to subway until the app is fixed. I will go to jersey mikez, potbellys, or panera bread instead

The app is very annoying to reset and set passwords. The reset code is very finicky and rarely works.

delivery SUCKSSSS

including my town, there are two other towns who have a subway and we are right in between them. when you select the delivery option you have to put your home address, you cannot PICK which subway you want it to come from. so since im in between two towns that also have a subway, sometimes it automatically pick thoes subways before the one literally in town. so the last 10 times i ordered subway, it chose the subway thats the farthest away from us. AND subway doesn't even do its deliveries from their app they do it through door dash (which is so stupid because the ONLY reason we even do it through the subway app is because on door dash you can't customize your sub) and it takes at least an hr to even find a dasher cuz no one wants to drive all that way, but there is ONE person who ends up accepting it and he always expects a $20 tip. and even then we still have to wait an extra 40 minutes. all that because yalls dumb app cant figure out which subway is closest to me, idc if i have to wait longer for the workers to finish their order to accept mine, nothing will take longer than 1 hour just for someone to accept to drive it to us. and i get my sandwich toast and the quality after 2 hrs is so bad im starting to think yalls sandwich quality just sucks in general

The app is terrible and the support is worse

Went to order a couple of subs and realized I got logged out of the app from not using it. My phone didn’t save the password so I asked for the password to be reset. The app kept telling me the verification code wasn’t correct. I tried twice and then tried to ask support for help. The support was useless ai and didn’t help. Needless to say I’m not going to be getting subs anytime soon
