This company sucks! driver cancel all the time delivered food smells like Marijuana, the have roches ,they hold your money for 2 weeks when order is cancel by the driver or business. I'm done with them it's super expensive as well .

Don’t be fooled, its not a cheaper UberEats.
You’d probably think Postmates was like UbearEats but cheaper, right? Wrong. It IS like UberEats, but in the sense that it’s literally the exact same layout but slightly different. Its not cheaper, its the exact same. I put together a Chipotle burrito bowl with steak, rice, guacamole, sour cream, black beans, and cheese, plus a chips and guacamole side. The total $33.17. The exact same on UberEats. All the while, it offers you “coupons” to “save” money and pretending to be all helpful. It is not. You’re not saving anything. Lets also take a moment to acknowledge the ELEVEN DOLLAR DELIVERY FEE on the free version. Don’t bother with either UberEats or Postmates, they’re owned by the same company. You’re just getting your wallet bled dry in two slightly different styles. 0 stars if I could.

Horrible
What’s the point in ordering food if it’s horrible and there is no accountability. I was not refunded or credited for my awful food. I will be deleting Postmates now.

This app never provides updates to tell me where my food is in the process and or when it's ready. This app is such a waste of time. I could just walk into a restaurant and order pickup. I'm deleting it from my phone.
