NYT Cooking App

Love the variety of recipes published. Has put much more variety in our diet, not just with need ingredients but also new ways to use familiar ones.

Great app for easy, delicious recipes

This app is so easy to use plus it’s got a huge selection of tasty recipes, most of them fairly easy to follow.

Another NYT App that Doesn’t Work for Old IPads

Yet again, the NYT has decided to lock out paying customers from using apps because of old iPads that don’t support iOS 18. Why? Are the updated apps really that much better? Truly ridiculous.

Left out (not leftovers)

The NYT app has stopped supporting my tablet. So every day, when I try to follow links from the email newsletters for the service I have paid for, I get a screen telling me I need to update my app, and I can’t. Very frustrating.

Updated version

I love the NYT App especially the food app. I’m disappointed that the new version runs on 18.0. I get that when updating the app you want the most bells and whistles. Unfortunately, that means that some of your loyal customers are forced out. Any chance the app could be accessed at 17.1?

The app is pricey but convenient UNTIL they started inserting advertising amidst the recipes, interrupting the scroll of my research. As I am paying for the app I don't believe I should also endure ads. Reconsidering my subscription.
