When their background check service (Chekr) inevitably makes a mistake, they will kick you off the app and tell you that it's your problem to fix. They literally don't care. App itself works fine if you can use it.

DoorDash is the worst, and sorriest employer, with the worst, and sorriest support for its employees I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. dash system is simply A revolving door for drivers to fail. there are third parties that track drivers location without their permission. DoorDash falsifies tax documents. Do ya know what it's like working for venture capital firms? you make them money, or you are of no use to them. remember the movie wall street? the real man ended up with nothing

They don't help you get started at all. I've tried dashing 3 times now, same outcome: my background check was cleared, but I still can't drive. There were no further instructions besides to check my email, but my email had NO information. I've contacted support, but they've never responded.
