This release includes design changes with the app changing to blue. This follows wider Government branding. The money page is now called the home page. The home page has a new additional income link. This is to help people to pay taxes on money made outside their regular income.

App is what I’m looking for but the fingerprint technology doesn’t work. I have to log in with my credentials all the time.

Impossible to validate ones identity either on desktop or mobile. Users have 4 options and must choose 2 : UK passeport, UK driving licence, Payslip, Credit Score. Well, guess what: as an international immigrant, I am left with Payslip and Credit Score only. Problem is: Credit Score inputs are way too restrictive. I could not even add an invoice (for eg.) and got rejected (because I have been here for only 1 year). I want to pay my taxes and you just make it so hard to do it.

HMRC app locked me out

Worked fine until a mandatory update that my old IOS cannot install . Cannot access the code to log in or transfer to a new phone. HMRC phone lines to reset are 100% busy. Therefore the app is a complete obstacle to HMRC services. Much worse than useless.

Puzzling

Sign in ok - but no information on the tax account page. Keeps on saying ‘service unavailable’. Been like this for over 3 weeks. 😕 It’s still the same - Did you look into fixing the problem ?
