I ordered car parts and they showed up damaged. The return policy from the seller was ridiculous and according to their rules I wouldn’t get a refund for their mistake. So I went to PayPal to try and get them to do something, a day later my refund was being processed. If I hadn’t used PayPal I would have not gotten my money back

Unfair Account Restriction and Funds Held for 6 Months

Very disappointing experience with PayPal. After receiving a legitimate large payment, my account was automatically restricted and then permanently limited without any clear explanation. My funds are being held for 6 months, and I can no longer use my account. There was no proper communication, no real chance to explain the situation, and customer support was not helpful. It is extremely frustrating to suddenly lose access to your own money. I do not recommend this platform for handling important amounts of money.
