Description

The TD Authenticate™ app is a Two-Step Verification method for your EasyWeb®, WebBroker® or TD Business Central™ Canadian online banking applications.

Simply download the app and follow the registration process to connect your account and device to the TD Authenticate app.

Once you've registered, you can generate a security verification code in the TD Authenticate app while online or offline (not connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile network), without the need for texts or phone calls.

This confirms it's really you accessing your EasyWeb, WebBroker or TD Business Central online banking.

The TD Authenticate app is for use with EasyWeb, WebBroker and TD Business Central. For other TD apps or digital platforms, please use the Two-Step Verification services they provide. We are working on enhancing the TD Authenticate app, as well as onboarding new businesses and platforms within TD.

Note: Text or Voice One Time Passcode is required to register for the TD Authenticate app on your device.

By tapping "Get", you consent to the installation of the TD Authenticate™ app* and any future updates that can perform the functions described. The TD Authenticate app is for use by customers with an active EasyWeb®, WebBroker®, and/or TD Business Central™ online banking profile. Can’t add a new device

For several months you can’t add a new device to the TD Authenticate App. TD knows all about this issue and it’s still not fixed

App fails to authorize

This app has been feeling for a very long time. It would be extremely helpful if it would work. But good luck. I have yet to make it work at all and their support has been horrible and fixing it.

Downloaded because I’m traveling but not only did it break my main TD login with permanent 2FA it DOES not sync. Every single other Authenticator like Google or Microsoft actually works. Screw you TD bank……

Truly appalling

Would give 0 stars if I could. If it actually worked it would be bad enough. It’s 2026. Refusing to support industry standard time-based one time passwords (TOTP) and requiring a custom app is inexcusable. But it doesn’t work. It refuses to let me log in. I was unable to buy a flight today. The purchase insisted I had to verify using this app and provided no other backup mechanism to verify. The price went up before I could use another non-TD credit card. So this app and the completely unprofessional decisions to implement verification in nonstandard ways literally just cost me $100. Do better TD.

Used 1 month after that never set up back even customer support can’t help you to setup if you deleted app and installed again

Dès la première connexion il est écrit que l'application n'accepte plus de nouvelles inscriptions "temporairement" À voir les commentaires ici, on comprend que c'est plutôt permanent. Pas surprenant que ça ne fonctionne pas, après tout c'est TD. Heureusement qu'ils ont un fauteuil vert confortable, car on va attendre longtemps dedans.

Bonjour! Rien ne fonctionne avec cette application. Je veux avoir accès à mon compte de banque et on me demande de m'appeler ou m'envoyer un texto aux numéros de téléphone inactifs (la raison d'être de l'appli c'est d'éviter cela) J'aivais pourtant appelé avant mon départ pour m'assurer que tout irait bien... ouf... donc je n'ai pas accès à mon compte et risque d'avoir des retards de paiement avec mes fournisseurs, je vous en tiendrai responsables
