really poorly managed change by island savings. no notice of the fact that the old app would be made obsolete. new interface is way worse than the old one. seriously, do the software engineers actually try to use their design before releasing it to their customers? clearly not. considering leaving island savings as a result of this very negative change.

this new app is terrible. I can't sign in even though my information is correct, even after swinging by the bank in person. I will be moving to another bank soon because of this completely unworking app.

this app is horrible. hard to use. looks like grade school kids built it. responsive issues. database issues and is in general a hard to use app. AVOID THIS APP IF YOU CAN AT ALL COSTS!!!

Cannot get past Manage Biometrics page

I went to sign in for the first time since they've changed the app and it won't let me get past the Manage Biometrics page. There's an option to enable it, but even if it's checked there's no buttons anywhere else on the screen to move onto the next page. I've already been unimpressed with this bank ever since they changed their simple free accounts, this has been the final straw.

Tru Cooperative’s other apps have such low ratings… you had to see this coming. Why would you adopt a platform that users have already expressed dissatisfaction with?

The UI is terrible. The login screen is concerningly similar to a credential scammer I dealt with years ago. I find it actually *less* secure than the old app/website login as you no longer select your branch. Http instead of https is also a massive red flag. It lagged horribly, the options from the base bar were disgustingly lacking. Whoever greenlit this changeover should tender their resignation. Immediately.

Been with island savings for over 2 years and I have never been happier! Thinking that the new app would be terrible and was the smoothest transition ever! Faster and easier to navigate! The new app makes it easy to access anything and love the layout! I appreciate having the quick view balance more discrete! Thank you for all your hard work and being there for us!

love it when your away from home , you go to pay rent and guess what ? now you need a new app ....so you can't . I have been struggling to access my banking information ever since the new app . this should be illegal , this corrupt outfit should be sued for being so irresponsible . not serious , not professional , hippie aunty bank , guided by astrology and greed .
