They do everything possible to make banking as hard as possible. Why are they so phone app dependent? I can't initiate live chat on my computer! How many "team members do they have? I've been on hold for over half an hour which is totally unacceptable! The bank is placing my overseas holiday in jeopardy. Not good at all. I could not get an authorisation code to pay my air fare. After a lot of calls back and forth we find that the payment is still pending.

Recent changes by ME Bank bought over incorrect account details, missed some information and generally messed things up ... called support .. waited 45 minutes to get through to someone. Rude lady talked over me before listening to my problem .. then said she cannot help. told me to ring back then she hung up. lucky I can still use the app on my phone. Currently moving all my funds to a different bank. interest rate on savings is very poor on ME

As a normal banking app, does everything you need. More of a downside of the bank and maybe not app functionality but I tried to use the chat feature on a few days at 8am and it said "Unfortunately, due to unexpected volumes, we've had to temporarily close our in-app chat."
