can't sign in. first time I tried I got past email verification code and upto phone verification code. I put in the phone code but it wouldn't go further than that. I then closed and reopened the app and now it doesn't even let me get past the email verification page

Can't see my account and balance on the dash on the app AND their website. The AI agent is useless. It's so frustrating. I NEED HELP HERE!!!

can't even log in. once you put in your email address, it sends a code. you open your email app to retrieve the code, come back to the app and instead of returning to the code screen, it take you back to a new login screen to repeat what becomes a never ending cycle. very poorly thought out never had this problem before the forced update

enter email left to return and asked for email again and again 😭 have to use website app impossible to access what happened to 4 didget code and your in worst app ever app Creater needs new job

Great App

Nice, fast responsive app. A missing feature. if you have multiple unloan accounts, you can’t transfer funds between them, unless you add the accounts in the address book.

About time

So glad to see this app launched - it’s a step in the right direction for a digital first product. I’m disappointed I wasn’t notified about the app release but looking forward to more feature enhancements in future.
