I used to like them
I used to like members equity, but they have drifted since being ME. I still don’t like all the hoops, inspired by other banks, you used to be different!

Not working on iPhone 17
Just upgraded to a new iPhone 17 (iOS 26.3) and the app does not open. Worked fine on previous 16e.

Worst Customer Service
Probably to worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Locked me out of my app due to some verification, told me it would be 3 days then after calling them multiple times they inform me on the third day they’re still verifying and will be up to another 28 days… no other information or response. Provided with an email to check the progress of the issue but never get a response. How can they function like this ? Easily the worst customer service I’ve come across and for a bank to do this is mind blowing.

App literally not opening on iOS 26
As the title say, it’s unusable on iOS 26. I hit the app icon, it opens and then crashes. I have deleted it and redownloaded it and it still does it. I’ve restarted my phone, it still does it. It’s cooked and needs an update immediately.
