Over the past few weeks, Transfers keep declining due to "Risk Assessment". Does HFCU make ANY attempt to contact myself or the other Account holders on the Joint Accounts in question? NO. So the risk was ... what? Family members being able to give money to eachother? Preventing Overdrafts?

I don't want use password I want use fingerprint and it keeps saying haven't used password in while I didn't set up password for a reason and when I tried set up told me members number wrong so I can't get in app see my balance
