The updated ELTA tv app is so much better. You can change it to English and find English commentary even on replays. Not perfect and there are still some refinements they can make but I really appreciate the updates they've made.

Horrendous UI. Absolutely looks disgusting. Despite specifically advertising that it has English broadcasts for foreign users and an English friendly UI, it has absolutely none of that. Can't change the interface to English. Can't watch the World Cup in English. Worst of all, it actually won't let you cancel the membership. The button to cancel memberships is actually disabled, so you're stuck paying for the rest of your life. Good luck all future users. Worst app experience I've ever had.
