I have submitted this issue in August, but it hasn't been solved yet. // I purchased a game Dandara: Trials of Fear Edition on March 6th, 2020. I haven't played it until August. When I opened the game, it reminded me that: "Purchase the content to play the game", then I were not able to play it. // I contacted the developer first, but they never replied my E-mail; // Then I had to contact Google service center, after several days' of communication, their conclusion was: It is the developer's fault, and only the developer can solve the problem for me. After this conclusion, the developer then contacted me once, telling me that they would solve the problem. // But they did nothing than sending that only E-mail to me. I contacted the developer via E-mail for twice afterwards, asking about the progress, they just ignored me and didn't reply any more.// I'm very disappointed. It is a famous developer. I purchased the game but was refused to play the game due to their fault, and nobody solved it for me after such a long time. I feel scammed.// Can anyone please solve this issue for me? What should I do now?
