i really like this app a lot. i found her on YouTube years ago & did a free class it was amazing. just found out there's a app! ohmygosh i can't wait to dive in!

Emma is very compassionate and patient. She takes huge concepts and breaks them down into small bites as addressing problems and issues as well as psychology are often much too big to grasp any other way. I have been following Emma for over 4 yrs, especially since I couldn't find a local therapist nor afford one as good as she is. I encourage anyone who feels they need not only support but strategies as well to give themselves one month with her therapist and teaching style. Relief and progress!

not worth it.

useless on tablets because doesn't support landscape orientation. I Uninstalled it immediately because of this. I may try the app on my phone, but I would prefer to view and engage with therapy material like this on a bigger screen
