my partner had the site on my laptop and it vanished and wont let me download only to a mobile which his mobile is anciant and does dot do any thing apart from call and text this is why we had it on lap top but no longer how do we down load to my laptop i have gone to google but it wont let me help

Hello! We've recently moved our banking service to app-only, so online banking is no longer available. You'll now need to use our mobile app to access and manage your account going forwards.
