This new app needs some serious work. Things take twice as long as there's so many more clicks to get anything done. Also, transferring money to external accounts is much more frustrating because the accounts are no longer named by their financial institution. Hope you remember all your account numbers! And dont get it wrong! Yeah, so not great. What exactly was wrong with the old app? This one certainly hasn't added any value in the re-theme, just made things more complicated.

fingerprint sensor no longer works to login. It tries to login with face detection right away and fails as I do not have that set up on my phone at all.

i dont like that the new design took away some features in the pay bills section. it used to show me when i last paid a bill on the list. please add this info back, it was actually useful

App is fine, if you can get in. It recently did an update and now it keeps arbitrarily locking me out of the app/my account. Honestly I wonder if Tangerine would be less trouble.
