The app loads 1 time a day then goes black screen. Once black screens it won't load until maybe 2-3 days later.

I made a mistake and requested a refund, and I expected it to be complicated. But ShaShot Support surprised me. They responded quickly, processed my refund right away, and were so polite and understanding. In a world of bots and auto-replies, their genuine care really touched me.
