Been trying to take the video for almost 3 hours so unable to lohin

Doesn't work. Have taken over 200 photos of passport for ID to register and rejected every time. That many times and simply the number of 1* reviews (over a number of years)tells me there is also nobody improving or attempting to make this app work. Surgeries are a waste of time as admin staff constantly decline your requests and direct you to their own website. NHS again making it near enough impossible for patients to see their GP. The NHS, a shell company for just ripping tax payers off.
