Website doesn't allow you to view your 2 hour time slot and tells you to use the app. The app requires creating an account. This is needless.

the app are disguastingly bad ,when driver trying to move stops in the morning the stop number sometimes jot changing at all ,its 30 min of workfor it team,or you guys have no it team??? manager at depo dont care about drivers comfortability they care about deliverd parcels,atleast anyone frim it maybe can see this message??? if u guys cant optimise this app i can do it for you its a smallest thing u can do for drivers...

I used the old version of the app (Yodel courier) in the past on an iPhone 13, worked just fine, other than being a bit slow. Now I have been using it on an android phone for the past month, it is absolutely horrendous, it crashes every few minutes, it logs me out whenever at random. It is a drastic decrease in quality, I do not get it, is the app only optimised for iOS and no thought is given to android? I would love to give it 5 stars I use the app for work, so it is in my interest for it work

Horrendous. I've installed viruses that have caused less damage and frustration than this tripe. Somehow the change from Yodel to InPost caused you to introduce countless more UI bugs which have brought my blood to boiling point. Never has courier work been this frustrating. I want to throttle someone. Hi Rach.
