APCOA Connect – Parking

This is a terrible app! it rarely works & frequently freezes. it's laughable that they charge a 'convenience' fee because the app is so inefficient it would be quicker to buy a ticket the old fashioned way! Given the number of poor reviews I can only assume they don't care about the customer experience. & the fact they seem to have a monopoly on station carpark is incredibly frustrating.

Absolutely awful, by far the worst parking app. Ensure you set up a payment card on it before going to the station if using for the first time. Absolute joke

When trying multiple times to login I tried many times and password resets. Eventually I found that a password with no symbols worked. I use a password manager, the best security recommendation for legacy apps that do not support passkeys. So I am absolutely certain the passwords I tried were the same on the website and mobile app. Once you login the app is OK. The fact that website allows symbols that do not work on the mobile app is worrying, is data security similarly incompetent?

Very poorly designed app. Car parks are listed in the app only under their street name with no reference to where in the country they are situated. Very unhelpful if trying to find parking in advance and easy to make a mistake and pay for parking in a completely different town/city!
