when I get an email that someone has sent me a message I click on it to read it add it Sends me to my profile. I can't find the messages .

Messages can be found on your profile page. Hover your cursor over your public name to bring up a drop-down menu. Select Profile. You will see the message tab underneath your account information. Click the messages word to view your sent and received messages. We will have updates to the message section in the future. T
