YouTube Music

I've had Music Premium for a few years, everything was perfect until the latest update a few days ago. Now the app only plays obscure songs I've never listened to in my life. You can select "Familiar music" but it still plays random songs you've never listened to. What's the point ? I don't know if this is a way for them to test if people will listen to AI music or if their algorithm is just very bad but I really don't recommend paying for this garbage until they fix it.

The app was working fine until the recent update. Now, the lyrics get "stuck" on the very first song I play. When the next track starts, the lyrics don't update to match—they just keep showing the previous song's words. I have to force close the app or clear the cache just to get it to refresh once, only for it to happen again on the next song. Please fix this UI syncing issue!

Music skipping

Music keeps skipping on its own. I did a quick search and it seems that other users have been dealing with this but since like, A YEAR AGO? Youtube please, this is unacceptable for a paid service, having music not skip on its own is a BASIC, it’s not like we’re asking for more…

passable, but noticeable flaws/issues

overall functioning works well, but there are some noticeable flaws coming from using spotify, which (generally) ran without any of these problems. shuffle function stops working on certain playlists sometimes for an indeterminate number of days/hours: sometimes certain playlists' shuffle will get stuck on a specific queue of songs - no matter how many other songs you play and try to reshuffle, the shuffle always sets it to this specific queue, rendering the function useless. turns me off from listening to those playlists until somehow it resets and starts working as per normal. very annoying. add to queue function means adding a song at the VERY END of the existing list of songs in a playlist. if my playlist is several hours long, the song i've added will thus play several hours later. what is the purpose of this? yes, the play next button exists and will insert the song immediately, but if i want to insert a few, they keep cutting in front of each other - if i wanted them to come in the order i added them, i have to go reshuffle it manually. overall, lags/mistakes can be quite prominent (e.g. playing one song then clicking another > the second song begins playing, but the details of the first song are still on screen - comments of the first song are accessible, name and artist appear as first song's) it's a functional music player app. but annoying to use. only worth it with youtube premium for general youtube use.

2days ago this app gotten weird. I subscribed it for a long time but suddenly it asked me to subscribe again but in my App Store it shows it is already subscribed but the app doesn’t show anything and it is lagging
