Easy to use. I had issue adding my physical card to my Gpay to my S26. Called the agent for assistant. Sammy was attentive and help to solve the issue. Instead of my physical card it was the virtual one added it. It work same way so its good.

Forced face enrollment

App is forcing face enrolment, this is not necessary if i have biometric, pin set on it. If you want security you can also use passkey. Why you need my facial biometric? In they name of security you can’t force upon users to give their facial data. There are many banking app that works fine without facial data and you’re not special.

Worst banking app

When MY to buy gold for my lover paid with youtrip suddenly my money became hostage, it when on hold for some stupid security purpose I Email / Call Customer Service they told me to wait even after I email them the invoice of the purchase till today it’s day 3 my money is still on hold all they said is they are still processing Right now all I want is to faster pay for my purchase I will surely want to deactivate this worst banking app

Undependable and unreliable app

Tried to top up with paynow but kept getting error. Useless and unreliable app. Avoid!

It was awesome, until it isn't. There have been multiple times when transactions occurred that I did not authorise. They were repeat transactions that sellers incurred on my account. Every single time I had to freeze my card for up to a week. It's a hassle. I'm moving on.
