lousy shopping and after sale service, received damaged order, contacted Waston customer service, 4 days passed, no update. when chasing them, they replied to ask you to confirm if you still need collection and refund..how skillful their customer is to dodge balls. Will NEVER order online again. Their after sale service is 0. All they can do is to ask you to wait for email reply. Then no email unless you chase them again and again.

Very poor user experience - pls fix. I was logged out of the app and when I tried to reset password by email, the link did not route me to reset password. I also tried resetting by sms multiple times, but I could not key in the code. This is pointless.
