what an absolutely terrible app. payments don't work properly, the drivers don't even know where they are going, and why on earth do they always phone beforehand??

DANGEROUS!!! They allow drivers to drive clients whilst holding their phone for GPS in their hand! As bad as texting and driving!! They need to either train them to use the center console or provide phone mounts.

I used this app while visiting Rwanda, and one thing stood out, the price always increases. The initial fare shown is never the final amount you end up paying. If you get stuck in traffic, even for just a few seconds, expect to pay more. I've experienced fare increases ranging from as little as 300 RWF to as much as 5,000 RWF. To be safe, carry at least twice the amount of the initial fare quoted by the app. This happened every single time I booked a ride, so it doesn't seem like a coinci

the fact that logging back in after a while is a hassle is what's inconvenient with this app. very buggy! I created an account a while ago, recently when opening it, it rejects my previous details and I can't even create a new account since it keeps telling, I already have an account yet won't let me log back in so what is it that. Please, it's useful but fix your bugs and I would re-rate this
