- requires latest version to function, fine sure - have to login to my NUS every time i open or close the app - decent system for booking study spaces etc, its functional but a bit clunky - depreciating the old Bus app and creating a worse version that is more inaccessible and harder to navigate was, a choice. i was told if its not broken dont fix it, NUS has shown me that its not broken, break it yourself 🥀

Horrible user experience and a major downgrade from the old app. Checking bus timings on the go now requires too many taps: open Maps, select a stop, then precisely swipe up a partly hidden timing panel. Every screen loads slowly, especially the bus stops, even though their locations should be cached. Switching to another stop often means starting again. I frequently miss transfers because the app is still loading when I need to decide.

Terrible replacement of the previous shuttle bus arrival app. I hope the developer brings back features of the old app where I could set some bus stops as favourite and track bus arrival time regardless of my geographic location.

The UI is extremely user unfriendly. I have to sift through all the unnecessary rubbish before I get to the bus widget, which is itself not intuitive at all. Bring back the old shuttle bus app idgaf about the other things I just want to see when the next bus is coming! 👎👎👎👎
