this app is broken. customer service calls me a liar I can sign in on PC. I can sign in on a browser. I can no longer sign in on this app. the jerks in customer service keeps berating me and calling me a liar.

I wish it was faster to open. Always feels a bit sluggish.. on a OnePlus 12. Also, it nearly ALWAYS (like 98%) fails to replay the latest even that just happened, which is usually the time I need it most. I'll tap a notification, it open to the "event", and just immediately jumps to now on the timeline. Tapping the event itself in the timeline might work a minute or two later. Not useful for anything time sensitive..
